Transfer RTA Driving licence file from Dubai driving school to Fujairah driving school FNDI

Reply your comments to : khanrajesh@gmail.com

For students who have already opened their file in Traffic Dept and want to transfer it to FNDI
Needs the following

  • NOC letter from RTA police (stating No objection to transfer letter to Fujairah Police Traffic Department ) [while getting NOC letter please check the 'To' adress it should be adressed to fujairah police, in my case they wrongly typed as Dubai police. So it got further a month to get the revised letter].
  • Including another one paper stating list of test you have been passed in previous driving school  / completed with RTA seal and sign.
  • Release Letter from Previous Driving School .
  • 9 photographs (passport size) .
  • Emirated ID & Passport VISA original &copy.

In my case
I completed 40 classes and passed signal test, parking/yard test, assesment test in driving school under RTA in dubai.
Totally i had 80 classes, since i failed one time in yard test, 3 times in assessment test.
Then i moved to Fujairah (since my employer have been transferred me to fujairah emirates).
I felt, i would have been continued in Dubai after opening the paper in Fujairah, coz it was a hectic period.

In fujairah
I went to FNDI (Fujairah driving school)
I opened the file with above mentioned documents.

Go to the counter in FNDI reception and they will tell the procedure. ( they will ask you to go to the traffic dept. which is opp. to FNDI.....Go to the counter in reception and they will tell the procedure - for me my PRO who is arabi who helped me a lot. so the job was ease.)

My papers are verified and approved.
Initially i had a 'preliminary test' (test within the school FNDI camp)
Based on that test, Inspector wrote 25 classes on the paper. (Really i was nervous, since it has been a long day(morethan 90 days) i didnt touch the car).
This 25 classes including the Simulation indoor car drive, Lecture, Workshop, Drive test check list. (Its all compulsory, really you will come across more information apart from what you have learned from dubai).
Once all these 25 classes got over.
Then Assesment test / Inside Test. (prior to final road test)
Based on that test, Inspector will give you additional __ classes.
Then finally, Final Road test by Fujairah police.

Good Luck.

DRIVING INSTRUCTION

(Everyone know how to drive the car on the lane/marking line, even if they attend 4/8 classes(2/4hrs). But here eligibility criteria is based on the safety and regulations / safe driving skills. If you follow the rules correctly then the driving license is all yours.)
So what my advice is follow the rule strictly and make sure that the instructor notices what you are doing.

  • Observing and scanning roads
  • Following sign board and respond accordingly
Be cool, Try to smile at the instructor or initiate a small talk.

The instructor will call your name. Once u entered the car check the follows:

Door is locked (no alarm signal).
Seat and steering position is right for you (Not be very close to the steering, you should be able to reach brakes and accelerator without leaning very forward).
Check and correct both side mirrors through windows and center mirror.
Fastened the seat belt.

Manage to drive within speed limit. Which helps you avoiding from the follows.

  • Hard brake while stopping.
  • Over speed while turning.
  • while stopping, Allow reasonable space in front of the car. (Note the back tire of the car standing in front).
  • Stop sign at T junction / Turning – Before turning, stop the car for 3 seconds to check the vehicles from left and right side.
  • From the ignition on to off – check/see the center mirror once in every 5 seconds and make sure that the instructor notices what you are doing.
  • See center mirror before apply break.
  • Drive the car in the center of the lane. (Otherwise, which they will refer as un-control steering).

  • Lane change - If any car's coming in that lane, don't change immediately.
First check rear view mirror, then side mirror.
If everything okay, put indicator.
Head check/shoulder check for blind spot.
rear view mirror again
Move your car to the next lane.
Even if the road is empty, the mirror check has to be done.
  • If you see any car stopped on your road, please put hazard lights to communicate to the car behind you that you have stopped.

  • 90 deg parking
See center mirror
Signal
Make car straight
Turn full right when the line reaches the lock (no early and no late)
Slowly move into the spot
Straight your steering
Apply parking gear
Apply hand break
Open the door and check

  • Roundabout - Move in to roundabout- only when there is no traffic from left side

  • Parallel parking –
Make your car parallel to the front neighbor car
Take reverse
If u can see the light of the front neighbor car through your window then turn full right.
If you can see the two light of your next back neighbor car. Then straight your steering.
If the light your front neighbor car, once pass the left side mirror then turn full right.
Make it straight and stop once the back neighbor car light comes centre of your centre mirror.

  • When changing lanes don't turn suddenly or don't swerve.
  • Don't apply break when change lane
  • When left or right or U-turn, car should not touch the yellow line.
  • Not overtake or change lane in solid line
  • When merging if any vehicle coming stop within the lane don't cross yellow line in your left side.
  • Don’t change lane in exit

Stopping / Parking

Check the rear view mirror for cars from backside
Identify the place to park/stop
Put left indicator

Problems for chashmish

You're embarrassed every time you have to take them off for a picture. Your face never looks as weird.
Walking with your glasses on rain.
Swimming with your glasses on is simply not an option.
Whether you're cooking, sipping hot tea or getting out of an air-conditioned car, rest assured your glasses will fog up and you will be rendered temporarily blind.
Can you run on a treadmill at your gym while wearing your spectacles? No.

Changing clothes in a trial room takes twice as long when you're a bespectacled soul.

You can't even cry without thinking about your glasses first.
You automatically look 10 years older for your age.
Sometimes, you put them on and take them off just to cross check if what you see is actually what you see.
You regret buying those Ray Bans.
You shy away from watching 3D movies.

LIFE...

Life
http://productivelifeconcepts.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/used-8.jpg
The period of existence, duration, usefulness, or popularity of something. The period from birth to death. The quality that distinguishes a vital and functional being from a dead body. The sum of the distinguishing phenomena of organisms, especially metabolism, growth, reproduction, and adaptation to environment

Don't say you're not important,
It simply isn't true,
The fact that you were born,
Is proof, God has a plan for you.

The path may seem unclear right now,
But one day you will see,
That all that came before,
Was truly meant to be.

God wrote the book that is your life,
That's all you need to know.
Each day that you are living,
Was written long ago.

God only writes best sellers,
So be proud of who you are,
Your character is important,
In this book you are the Star.

Enjoy the novel as it reads,
It will stand throughout the ages,
Savor each chapter as you go,
Taking time to turn the pages.
